This site began as a way to store and share information about my ancestors.   Then it branched out to include my husband's family, the Andersons, as well.   It has now become a record of my brothers, sisters, cousins and nieces!

This family tree is the result of a lot of hard work, by a lot of different people.  Special acknowledgment should go to my aunt and mentor, Hazel Simpkin, who has carried out extensive research into the Simpkin side of the family.  Also to my cousin Pauline McLeod, who has provided a lot of information on the Donovan branch of the family.
